Mercy Direct is a non-profit charity connecting donors to verified, urgent cases in need — including medical operations, disability support, food aid, water relief, and more — currently focused in Yemen.
Your donation goes directly to the individual case or project you selected. We ensure transparency by sharing case stories, documents, and progress updates when available.
Every case is manually reviewed and verified. We collect official documents, medical records, and photos to confirm the legitimacy of each story before it is published.
If the case becomes inactive for any reason (e.g., resolved, passed away, etc.), your donation will be transferred to the next most urgent or similar case. We'll notify you by email.
Yes! You can choose to donate in memory or in honor of someone. This option is available in the donation form and will be acknowledged accordingly.
Yes, after donating, you can leave a message of hope or support that will be visible under the case's comment section.
When you create an account, you can log in anytime to see your donation history, saved cases, and any subscriptions you've set up.
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and more. You can also choose to cover the transaction fee to maximize your impact.
Yes. Simply log into your account and manage your subscription settings under "My Donations."

By donating through Mercy Direct, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
All donations made through Mercy Direct are non-refundable. Once your donation is processed, it cannot be reversed.
If the case you donated to becomes inactive (e.g., the individual recovers, passes away, or no longer requires support for any reason beyond our control), your donation will be redirected to the next most urgent or similar case within the same category. You will be notified via email of this change.
Mercy Direct makes every effort to verify the authenticity of each case before publishing it. Documents and images are provided to demonstrate the legitimacy of each case.
Your donation goes directly toward the selected project or case. A small portion may be used to cover administrative or transaction costs if not already covered by the optional “help cover transaction fee” checkbox.
Where possible, donors will receive updates about the case(s) they supported. However, updates are dependent on the communication capacity of our local partners and the nature of the case.
Donor information is kept confidential and secure. We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required or for processing your donation.
Donors may leave public messages on case pages. We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate or offensive content without notice.
